At Choo-Choo-Bar-B-Que our food is always cooked to order for your party or special event! We always cook our pork, ribs and chicken with the best flavored woods available...such as buttonwood, mesquite and hickory to name a few...never on charcoal. Even our side dishes, potato salad, coleslaw and baked beans are prepared fresh from our own recipes for your party!

Choo-Choo-Bar-B-Que will prepare the meats on your premises in our combination smoker/grill allowing your party to have that bar-be-que aroma! We will work with you to make sure your barbeque will be the event of the year...your friends and family will be talking about the food long after the event.
